Management Team
Qualifications:
- Our management team must have impeccable organizational skills, able to work in a fast past environment,
excellent communication skills (verbal and written), knowledge of computers and office programs, possess
quick problem solving skills, ability to motivate your team, execute a safe work environment, and possess
a friendly outgoing personality. Five years of experience in your field of expertise is required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the morning exercise program.
- Attend daily safety and management meeting.
- Meet objectives in a timely fashion.
- Willingness to collaborate.
- Present yourself in a positive and professional manner.
- Manage by objectives.
- O.S.H.A. Certified in forklift operations (will train if necessary).
- D.O.T. Class A Certified (will train if necessary).
